per month- We can set-up and register a new limited company if required.
- Prepare the year-end accounts and submit these to Companies House & HMRC.
- Calculate the tax liability and submit CT600 – corporation tax return.
- Advise when tax payments are due and how to pay these online.
- Prepare and submit your annual compliance report to Companies House.
- Prepare company directors personal tax returns including remuneration planning (dividends etc).
- Provide ad-hoc compliance advice throughout the year.
VAT RETURNS & ADVICE

per month- We can register you for VAT if required.
- Submit your quarterly VAT Return.
- Provide a VAT scheme review (Flat rate scheme etc).

AD HOC WORK
Our monthly fees cover all compliance work and general queries. We want you to feel confident that you can email and call us at any time without worrying about receiving a bill for asking questions. For more substantial advice and one-off tax planning we will charge extra for this work, but will always agree a fee up front with you before we start any work.
